About this service
Losing someone is hard enough without paperwork in another country on top of it. The Turkish process for transferring a deceased person's assets to their heirs is laborious, and requires documents from both your home country and Turkey. We guide you through it, from the first document to the new owner being entered on the title deed.
This is practical and administrative assistance. We do not practise law — where a case requires it, we put you in touch with a Turkish lawyer and act as your interpreter and coordinator.
