Alanyas exists because owning property in another country is hard. Distance, language and bureaucracy make even simple tasks complicated. We have made it our job to remove that burden.
Background
Thousands of people now own an apartment in Alanya. For most it is a holiday home that stands empty for much of the year — and a place where problems arise without anyone noticing.
A water heater leaking in March. Service charges unpaid because the letter arrived in Turkish. A tradesperson who was meant to fix the air conditioning but never turned up. Individually they are small things. Together they become a source of worry you take home with you.
We started Alanyas to be the opposite: one fixed person in Alanya who knows your property, who speaks the language, and who tells you before something small becomes large. Someone you can write to in English and get an answer from.

Our network in Alanya
We work with the same partners over time: licensed builders, electricians and plumbers, a Turkish lawyer for property and probate matters, approved interpreters, and an insurance company.
That means you do not have to find anyone yourself — and that we can stand behind the quality of the work carried out.
Questions and answers
What people ask about us
We work across both: we communicate with you in English, and operate locally in Alanya where the work actually happens. Specific company details, registration numbers and where we are registered are set out in writing in the agreement you receive before we start.
You never pay for anything we have not agreed in writing in advance. On larger jobs we split the payment as the work is carried out, and you get a receipt for every payment. On property purchases and sales the purchase price never passes through us — it goes directly between buyer and seller through a bank.
We tell you straight away, explain what happened and what can be done. We cover mistakes we have made ourselves, and we have established partners — a lawyer, tradespeople and insurers — we can bring in when a case requires it.
