About this service
You should not have to fly with keys, chase a neighbour or worry about who has access to your apartment. We store your keys in a fixed, locked location in Alanya — and hand them over whenever you, or someone you trust, needs to use the property.

Locked and coded storage
Your keys sit in a locked facility, tagged with an internal code — never with an address or name visible.
Handover by arrangement
Message us on WhatsApp before you arrive. We meet you, or leave the key ready at an agreed place.
Access for tradespeople
Something to be repaired or delivered? We let the tradesperson in and make sure the job gets done.
A receipt for every handover
You get a message every time the key is collected or returned. Always traceable.
Spare key
We are happy to hold an extra key for you — useful on the day something gets locked in.
No minimum term
You pay for the period you need. Cancel whenever you like and get your keys back the same day.
